I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don’t accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns.
Returns and exchange details
If you are not delighted with your purchase please contact me immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Even exchanges will be made if returned promptly within 7 days of delivery in new condition.
Shipping policies
I will try and ship priority in the United States unless otherwise specified.
Insurance is required for items over $100.00 and is the responsibility of the buyer.
International shipping can be delayed due to customs and may also require duty fees responsible by buyer.
Once the package has left the United States I can no longer track it and buyer will need to contact customs if there is a shipment delay.
I will make every effort to get your package out to you in a timely manner.
Shipping Costs have been estimated and will either be refunded or will have to be paid in full prior to your order being shipped.

All of my creations are one of a kind hand felted by myself.
Quite often I use antique props and vintage fabrics that cannot be replicated.
A request for a similar item is accepted.
Needle felting is a time consuming art form so please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a custom order.
Photos will be sent out prior to all custom orders for your approval.
Custom rush orders are negotiable.
